No, do them manually, find out what the merchant is selling, send the merchant an email. " where is my order", raise goods not received. Submit email to monzo saying that screen went blank after order.

No, it doesn’t, as "you ordered goods" and you haven’t received them. The merchant cant prove that you ordered anything from them.
