They should refund. But don't give them that much information that they can steal your personal details and create an account with fake invoices.

I'm not sure what they ask for.. they refunded me without a response within a couple hours prior. I'm just saying be careful what you send to them. You can mask your personal details on statements if must be.
Same boat, however i have contacts in Prague, and i can fuck em hard. Fuk em to the means that millions of people will see it. Lets see if we get or money back in a few days
Its not mate, i m from prague, and i know someone who has a yt channel with 2.3m subscribers . They investigate scams, So it would be their loss, not mine in the end.
There is a clear active scam going on by at least 20 casinos all owned by the same company. These sites are Geo tagging to locate you, and then redirect you to a version of their site, which is only allowed in your country of residence. Either you will have directly experienced, or if you look at any of these companies on trustpilot, to find many individuals who have fallen victim to this scam, so I want to make sure no one else here does!
As soon as you try to withdraw you come up against something along the lines of ‘you accessed from a restricted country through a VPN’ or ‘it’s clear in our terms and conditions you cannot access the site from your country of residence’
If this were the case then why rather than blocking the country why does it ONLY work in that country? For example jokersino.io redirects to jokersino5.io if you’re in the UK, then prefills your country code for your phone number plus ‘country’ in general.
Feel free to test it with VPN or those from other countries mention the extension they get when they try, so you can verify it yourselves. For now, it works through a lot of their trustpilot pages but this will no doubt be removed once these details come to light, although there is tracked evidence so it cannot be removed completely. Ultimately, they will not pay you out if you win.
They may do if your withdrawal is less than your deposit, but you will never take out more than you put in and they are hoping eventually you will lose, which is why they are targeting problem gamblers such as myself and many here.
You can also check various sites on gamecheck with some already having been verified with fake games.
I have proof which links all the casinos below to the same scam and the underlying owners:
Betzter, Casinia, Gamblii, Gxmble, Hypersino, Jinxcasino, Jokersino, Lucki Casino, Luckzie, Mad Casino, Palm Casino, Prive Casino, Seven Casino, Slot Hive, Slottio, Spin Time, Spin to win, Ten Bet, Wildz, Winstler, Winzter
The evidence clearly shows they are all linked and to the same brand / company, licenced in Curacao, although some of these companies are licenced elsewhere, through a complicated web of entities.
This is certainly not just a coincidence and all these sites are scamming people with the same method. Anyone on here who has gambled on any of these casinos should consider action against them.
A lot of these are owned / run under different licences and companies, but ultimately it is clear from the data I have, that they are all linked. At this point, I do not wish to share it publicly as it is data that could be removed or altered by the companies if I do so. If there is anyone with an active case open against any of them, please let me know and provide contact details, as I’d be happy to provide this information, although I’d only be willing to provide to those who have a clear track record on here i.e. no new accounts. It may or may not prove useful in any chargeback claims or direct claims to the casinos / merchants. To be quite honest, you can see from each of the sites they are all similar layouts with slight tweaks.
This is certainly not just a coincidence and all these sites are scamming people with the same method. You may have heard of several such as Rabocse, Non Videri B.V. etc. but they are all ultimately owned by the same entity.
You can even test the redirection, again where I have evidence. If you put in any of the websites without numbers e.g. jokersino.io, it comes up with a status code ‘307 Temporary Redirect’, and you will see the location will be different, for example jokersino5.io for the UK.
@casino guru – you have some of these sites down as 6/10 or more and I strongly recommend reviewing these ratings as it is misleading alongside the fake trustpilot reviews. This is a clear and organised scam. I appreciate you mention on some ‘doesn’t accept players from UK etc.’ but this is not the case, as I say, it is not an accident because they are targeting people, purely to take money from them with no intention of ‘fair play’. I am happy of course to provide you details I have.
I have lost a bit of money but not as much as many in here and I have kept a close eye on developments over the past several months. I hope some of the above can be of used to some of you to try and take down these horrible criminals but also to ensure others do not fall victim to the same scam.
And if you have the time, go on their trustpilot pages and make sure people know about it and stop them covering it up with fake reviews! We need to work together as a community.
Why are all my chargebacks being declined? Also my account's been restricted by HSBC. Bloody ridiculous!
Hi, I still can't get the contact details of this dealer either... it's absurd
Ciao, anche io ancora non riesco ad avere il contatto di questo commerciante… è assurdo
