That’s shocking - they refund as soon as bank contacts them as well, they have for my Barclaycard and others on here. Although via Chase they haven’t refunded yet but I have an open dispute.

The most disgusting thing is that there is still no way to block yourself from gambling imo. You download Gamban, easily removed. Bet blocker? Easily removed. Try to use gamblock they tell me I need a MacBook to sign up… fucking crazy there’s nothing out there to help

Nothing is there - I was told the blockers work better on android rather than IPhone but I’m on iPhone and yes really hard to block

I was thinking android but we use so many apps between me and my wife on iPhone like shared notes, shared photo albums etc be more of a hassle from her to be fair than trying to raw dog quitting and keeping the iPhone haha

This a huge selling point for me, I may change into android when my upgrade is due but see my comments wife on at me how we will share the shopping lists and our kids photos if I’m android and she’s apple. Wonder if she would change her mind if she knew the excessive funds I have lost over the years lol….have to laugh about it as fortunately I am debt free so the money is just bonus if it comes back

So a scammer then. So crap that Revolut won’t raise it, do they give you any reasons. I sent Barclays an email I sent that bounced back that satisfied them. Chase accepted it as well but you have to wait around 60 days start to finish with Chase and merchants don’t tend to refund once Chase contact them whereas they do Barclays no idea why

So I never did get a response I sent an email to their client care department, they put temporary credits and the next day about half of the merchants refunded as well.

I sent an email direct to chargeback complaints yesterday and got an email today with a complaint ref number and that they expect to resolve within 5 days if they need they may call me
