A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Your first post literally says gambling. If they aren't yet accepted then that's the reason why. Revolut is mastercard. Mastercard doesnt allow chargebacks where gambling is involved. It's not an argument. I'm just saying how it is so others don't make the same mistake. Im not sure why you have your back turned up so much, its very peculiar. I will stick by what i said to help others out. If you don't put in the effort and read what's available on here, and still fail with a chargeback - then I have no sympathy for you.

Because you clearly didnt read posts from today about it and have quoted a post where I alluded to the fact that people shouldn't be scared of telling a genuine bank that the transactions were an illegal gambling site. I understand how it works - I know previous posters who are no longer on the thread and they advised me completely in my case. Gambling was NOT mentioned because it was Revolut - this was clear. However, Revolut then decided that 3 of the payments were "Money transfers" and this is a curveball for merchants- this is covered in Mastercard rules as well.

Cheers mate - all my Mastercards ones are raised under goods just waiting on no response now.

VISA under 12.7 again waiting 30 days to withdraw.

Probably all good now as I am determined this won’t happen again, but happy to share my VISA stuff if you need it via email.

I'm bored of repeating myself. You got newbies on here who don't put in the effort and think they know it all. Listen to people that's been successful and follow their advice. There's rules for every path so make sure it fits yours. I'm out of here. Good luck people. And watch out for the scally wags

Do you honestly think you are some kind of chargeback Jesus ;D ;D You have spent the last 5 months arguing with everyone here and you are now defending Revolut... REVOLUT ;D Strange little man you are.

They are not mate - they are Mastercard card payments made to a casino with the names of Quickbit as the merchant. They are not bank transfers- money transfers and bank transfers are not the same.

Read it though - 6051 is the new MCC they like to use to hide things because under Mastercard rules these are not normally available for chargeback. It had to be argued with the help of lawyers and the FSPO - only way Revolut would pay me back. I'd be shocked if people in the UK havent encountered this.

Ah this makes more sense. Bitsent is obviously quickbit. Everyone struggled with quickbit. They put through as cryptocurrency therefore class the service as already provided.

Yes! This was the start of the Revolut lies though - Quickbit's bank are Revolut!! LOL! Huge conflict of interest.

Quickbit and their sub companies have never ever sent me one response or acknowledgement - ironically this is what won me the cases eventually, their ignorance and nothing confirmed anywhere.

But ultimately this was the only one that weren't successful for me on Revolut. Infact it was goriwire but still same company quickbit. I blamed myself for raising it wrong. Plus it's gone past the 120 days now.
