First tranche, they KNOW was gambling as I stupidly told them.


Second lot, I'd rather be honest and prove them wrong. That way, others will be able to use my case as evidence to get chargebacks on Mastercard accounts.


I'm doing this for other people more than I am for myself. I WILL get this changed and have a positive impact for others.

It annoys me when people blame the bank. Monzo are probably the worst bank to deal with and I've still had successful chargebacks. So yeh. I will tell it how it is. It's how you raise them. You must cover every angle so you aren't questioned back and rejected.

Sometimes it is the bank though. I have has succesful and denied Mastercard claims for where I have mentioned gambling at 2 different banks.
