The player from Brazil has deposited money in to his account, but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I made a payment to BUFF.BET was deducted from my account and the balance does not come in, I am amicably trying to resolve it and they do not resolve the case.

I’m sorry, but I couldn’t identify it from the screenshot. Did you try to contact your payment provider regarding this issue?
Additionally, please could confirm that you are the only owner of the account that you have deposited funds from, as it says "Olá Anita" in the top-left corner of the screenshot.
