I deposited €200 into this casino and received a €400 bonus.

I then met the wagering requirements for the bonus and decided to withdraw €340.


However, the wagering requirements for withdrawals stated that I needed 1800€, and the terms and conditions only stated that it was 3 times the deposit amount.


I contacted support and got an insane response that the casino treats 

(deposit + bonus) as real money deposited and therefore requires 3x (200+400).


It is difficult to deduce that from the terms and conditions, and since it is a misrepresentation of good standing, I would like to call a representative of the casino to explain to me that their common sense is wrong.

Could you please share a screenshot of the bonus rules, or a link to the specific bonus you activated and played, confirming the wagering requirement of the bonus is 3x deposit only?

The wagering requirement for the bonus has already been met at 40 times the bonus amount.


The problem is that it does not appear from the terms and conditions that the wagering requirement for subsequent withdrawals is an additional 3x (bonus + deposit amount).
