I made the request on 4/21 for a withdrawal. It's still being processed. They haven't asked for any identification documents. I send them emails and only a robot seems to respond. I deposited €720 in about 30 deposits. They take the deposit money in seconds. The request is still being processed, I ask and they don't answer why. I'm willing to provide them with any document they ask for further information if there's a problem, but they don't ask, they don't tell me anything at all.
