Good afternoon, there is a situation with this casino that during the deposit they just did not credit it and say that the funds have not reached them although the funds were sent to the bep20 network in USDT token which they obviously support. Support is trying to keep quiet and does not answer directly, but from the messages it is clear that they have the money, they just want to get extra money by deception
