I am waiting for a long time for the website to load and yet my other tabs (facebook, youtube, spotify as well as this website here) isn't having any problem loading. Assuming this website just takes money and just has "Loading issues". After righting this complaint I am still waiting for it to load whilst still having credit sitting in my account unable to withdraw or spend

Since you have filed this complaint 3 days ago, could you please advise if the issue is persisting?
