I won about 8600 PLN, I didn’t know it’s gonna be so hard to withdrawl this money, so I made first withdrawal for 2000 PLN(that’s the max limit). After 14 days they saying the same thing. That the payment is delayed because they have a lot of withdrawals. They can’t say specific date and I’m worried I’m never getting payed.

after 5 days from 20, I did another requests for payment for another 2000 PLN. And then at 27 another request.

I didn’t want to payout all, but after seeing the time that it takes I was scared.

I have 3 requests for 2000 PLN, and still got 2600 PLN at my account.

The casino support is replaying fast, but saying same thing everytime.

website says I don’t need any verification.

I dont remember my nickname because site shows only my name and surname, I’m not sure. I’m using my mail to login so email is 100% correct.

I have more screenshots from contacting the support at the mail, I contacted like every 3 days from 20 June. Financial department is the issue, that’s the answer.
