First and foremost, I am seriously concerned that this casino has a high safety index. I am also worried about the partnership between Casinoguru and Needforspin, as indicated in the byline on Needforspin.com.

This operator is delaying withdrawals to an extreme degree – a truly disgraceful behavior that should not result in a high safety index.

I deposited around 1500 euros on this site.

After a day, I had around 3800 euros – this was several weeks ago.

Gradually, they have paid out around 1500 euros in three different parts (500 euros max withdrawal per transaction).

Now there is still 1574 euros in the account but nothing is happening with the withdrawals. I have 3x 500 euros pending and 74 euros left in the account.

I have written to Needforspin via chat but they disclaim all responsibility – they refer to an email address [email protected] – this address also does not respond to queries.

-I have not played with bonus money or used free spins

-The account is fully verified

Casinoguru, I love the service you provide and the work you do.

But the fact that this operator, Needforspin, is allowed to have this safety index and that they promote you as a partner is

extremely disheartening.

Additionally, Needforspin also promotes on their homepage (Very fast withdrawals). You can't help but laugh out loud.
