Sure. Situation is still unresolved. KYC full done, approved, and 3 weeks have passed with only promises from staff or typical answers that "its processing" more than 20 days it takes to look at the ID and send USDT to a wallet....

Maybe I'm not getting something, but I think we all understand whats going on there
