They have keept asking me for extra documents altough all have been accepted and marked as accepted. I won around 15k ron and afterwards they have blocked my ability to so any transactions . I have sent all the selfies they have requested and still they blocked my ability to do any transactions. But I was still able to play untill all my balance has been gone. I asked for refund as I have started researching and found out they are actually not licensed to offer casino games ?n Romania. I have deposited around 4000 RON. Please help me ?n getting my money back. What can I do ?
