If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I contacted my payment provider my inr 3500 payment successful deducted from my account I have my bank statement and payment slip where you can see my payment successfully deducted and not refunded yet

I talked parimatch casino support team they asked same things again and again but not solve my problem they are wasting time I have 50 mailed to parimatch support and sent bank statement 4 time but still they asking me same things

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Dear both, if the deposit fails, it should be credited back to user's account within 5 to 7 working days. It's much longer, obviously, so we kindly advise to contact us with current bank statement from the date of deposit to the current date - so we have a proof that deposit was sent. After that we'll initiate a refund.

Dear Mirka, if the deposit fails, it automatically reverses to client account. It's automatic, therefore we do not have any payment proof, except UTR.

That is why we require current bank statement from the date of deposit to the current date if the client has not yet received the funds - it gives us the clarity that the deposit wasn't refunded. After that, we have all the documents to initiate the refund manually.
