Hi,


Iam trying to withdraw money almost from 45 days in the first they disabled the withdrawal all methods for days then only enabled IMPS so I made withdrawal on 25th-Feb-2025 on 21:07 (India Time),


Then after 24 hours it was showed withdrawal was approved but I thought I'll get money soon.. but after 3 days i contacted live chat that money not received they said wait for 5 working days, i keep asking them and waited almost 10 days and contacted again and again and provided proofs and bank statement so they Raised a ticket ID #779181 ,


From that day no proper response from chat team after opening the chat send greeting msg and disappeared for hours and come back after hours and closing tha chat if any one reply.


Always telling that "our specialized team is working on it" and closing the chat directly, this is the response always iam getting.


I also mailed on [email protected] many time there also every day auto generated mail they are sending like 'we are working on it be peations your money is safe that's it. Even though I asked in mail and in live chat what is the issue why this delay how much more time I have to wait but there reply is only "Be peations wait more we don't know exact time frames...."


It's almost 1 month but no proper response, no proper status, no proper time frames, chat and mail service is irresponsible always.....


Iam going through the mental distress and financial crises and health issues with thinking of this issue...


Iam requesting you and hope much to Help me to get my money As soon as possible please.

I appreciate for your quick response, As per your required questions please find below answers.


1. I didn't received any communication from the casino regarding the status of your withdrawal, every time I received only auto-generated emails like '" Thank you for contacting Parimatch! We are writing to inform you in regard to your request for your payment to be with our billing department.Your request has been accepted by the billing department and they are currently following up with the payment provider in regards to this query. We kindly advise you to wait, you will definitely receive an update from us once we receive one from the billing department on this query"'


2. Yes ! I already keep checking with my bank to see if any issues on their end might be causing the delay ""but everything is clear iam able to do all debit & credit transactions every day""


3. Yes ! I made some previous successful withdrawals using this payment method. It was like some are successful within 24hours some are within 48 hours.


4. Yes ! I have previously used this payment method for deposits some time and it was all clear by that time.

issue in the highest priority right now" from the beginning of the withdrawal request raised, it's almost 40 days even raised a ticket in the beginning but but still not even picked up ticket any of your exicutive, so what is action your casino took from these days and what will be next process step you will take... Is there any clarification format or any process you have to clear the issue as soon as possible.

This is what happening from the beginning no proper response no proper updates only sending on casual msg that "billing team is working on my issue in the highest priority", and just disappeared... My question to parimatch representative that "This is your highest priority and primium service wich is providing wich is you are promising from past 50 days.." Still ticket is not even picked up any of casino employee... Please Find the attachment..
