Hi, I made 3 withdrawals of 500 euros, the first was on April 1st, the second on April 2nd and the third on April 3rd. They have not been confirmed yet. It's been 10 days already.. the total amount is 3000 euros.

For now I have collected almost 4000 euros, I still have to collect another 5000. I'm sorry to say but they are too slow, especially the collections are on the leaderboard.. you find yourself with a collection of 10,000 and it takes two months to arrive because it only lets you withdraw 500 at a time. The more you play the more you level up but if you don't enter the profile for 2/3 days, you find yourself back at the first level

Last withdrawal request on April 21st, canceled on the 27th for reasons I don't know, since other withdrawals were confirmed. I tried again on the 27th with a withdrawal of 1500 euros but still nothing. I still have 7000 euros to withdraw, it will take forever but as soon as I do I will delete the account. Too slow.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
