Hello! I was playing on Posido more than 1 year! Before some days they gave me 20FS on a hacksaw slot and i won 75E and i had to wager them 40X! I managed to do it and i had on my real balance 225E and i did the withdrawal succesfully on my FunID wallet! After 5 days on having these money on my FunID wallet i deposit them again on Posido to play more for bigger wins! For some reason i checked my withdraw section to see my other options for withdraw and suddenly i saw on the section that all the the methods are grey and on top saying Attention: Withdrawals are restricted by the operator! I didnt break any rule because before my last deposit (225e) i did a successful withdraw! Also my account does not need verification and they never asked me! I contacted chat but its like talking with bots and AI's and you cant find any solution of course! This is like a fraud and money stealing and belongs to financial crime to me! I really need your help cause ill not let them steal my money!

I checked the rules of the casino and found this:

6.8 Minimum funds rollover before a withdrawal is x1 (one). If the wager of the funds (the amount of placed bets) is less than the deposit amount, we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and keep the commission of 10% (ten percent) (but not less than 0.50 EUR (fifty cents) of the amount of the last deposit as payment expenses, and the 15% (fifteen percent) commission if your account balance has been charged with a bank card or bank transfer.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions so I can better understand the situation.

  • Have you made sure to wager your deposit at least once before checking the withdrawal option?
  • Could you please share with me your communication with the casino? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at [email protected], or post screenshots here
  • Did you activate any bonuses on your account?

Hey Tomas and thanks for your response! I do my x1 wager but also after deposit and after wager is the same thing because withdrawals are restricted for no reason! 11/4/2025 i did a withdrawal without any problems to my FunID wallet!

I didnt send my chat conversations to my email but all saying the same, try incongito and see again an such things and your account seems ok but we send it to the department to check and more.. Still nothing and noone knows whats going on!

And on your 3rd question, No i didnt activated anything, it was a straight deposit without bonus!

Just to update you, i have sent a formal complain to anjouan gambling authority and to posido casino today! Im waiting for their asnwer! Also my withdrawal is still pending and nothing changed! Live chat telling me the same copy paste things again and again and nothing new!

After i sent them a formal complain to their email and to Anjouan Gabling Authority they answered on my email this thing! Im uploading a screenshot to see what they told me! (Cant be problem from my bank side cause they didnt even send the money yet haha) This is so ridiculus really!

New update! There is no response from the Anjouan Authority at first!

2nd) I contact Live Chat again because on the emails they are not respond and when they respond they say nothing about the situation only the same copy paste answers!

1st agent) He doubled checked about my withdrawal and he told me that its already checked and reviewed and its about to be sent and propably today (Monday 28th of April)! I have to mention 1 thing too that on the mail i got they told me that there was a proccess problem from my provider at first and they are working to fix it! And the agent told me on Live chat that there was a tech issue on them on the finance department and that is causes the delays! For me its just excuses!

2nd agent) I contact again just to see if im gonna hear different things but he said the same thing after checking the account and im asked 3 times on the same agent if its checked if its approved and if has take the green light for sending to my bank and answer me Yes Alexandros!


So i said to me, hmm maybe its the time and all ok!

I conctact again the Live Chat 3rd agent and guess.. I told him about what previous agents told me and after he checked he said that he dont know where they find these informations but are still proccessing the withdrawal and such things!


4th Agent: It was rude with me telling me that they dont promise anywhere timeframe about their withdrawals and i need to have more patience to be proccesed and with rude told me "did you notice that its not a bussiness day still? (i contact him 4am before morning!) I have all these chats on my email and the last on i have screenshots because he talked like that alone in 10 seconds and he terminate the live chat! Guys i think you need to take some actions because they think that they can play with peoples money and this is illegal and i think they are scamming people and trying not to give the money that people wins!

Also, note that on the emails from the Casino and on Lice chat support, im getting different answers every day and every hour! I have all the chats on my email and many of the agents told me that the withdrawal has been already checked and approved by the financial department and its ready for send and others that are still pending and not reviewd! Especially one of them told me that has been manually reviewed it and this caused the delay and now its all ok and check is finished and its ready for sent! But until now nothing! I really dont know why they are using this tactic to keep the money till player loose his patience and play the money again! I just asking to take what i won! Nothing less nothing more!

After 3 formal complains that i have sent to the casino asking them to tell me exactly when im gonna get my money i had the same answers that doesnt answering on my questions straight and not telling me anything new about when they will release my funds! This is the latest email i got from them on 4/5 (18 days after my withdrawal request) and they still dont say when but only excuses and that "its very likely to be completed the following week"!
