I am a German resident officially self-excluded under the national gambling self-exclusion system (OASIS). Despite this, QuickWin allowed me to create an account, verify my identity, deposit and gamble while self-excluded.

Between May and June 2025, I deposited and lost 773 EUR.

After initial verification, they again requested verification for withdrawals

I request full refund of my 773 EUR losses and permanent account closure.

I have already submitted official complaints to QuickWin and Cura?ao.

I request Casino Guru’s assistance.
