Good day I played at SG Casino and won over $2000, I withdrew the maximum amount aloud which is $750 CAD. My profile was already verified and all there was to do was wait for my funds to be processed.

There ite rules say within 3 business days it will be processed. 3 days came and nothing when I go on the chat I'm number 200+ in line for chat. I waited on numerous occasions and chatted with them they always say the same thing it's being done as quick as possible and I will have to wait.. we it's been over 3 weeks now. An no messages or anything. I feel so ripped off because I've spent money here and when I eventually did win they totally ignore me. Please help me get what rightfully mine back. The owe me $750 and they are not following what there site says about withdrawal times.

I played with an active bonus and I did not bet anything over the allowed tolerances. The only games I played where slot games.the amount was fully wagered as well. I hope that helps.
