I had really hoped for an internal resolution, but my withdrawal request is about to reach the month mark. This seems completely unbelievable for a casino with an 8.2 rating.


At first, I thought I had found a new project on the level of Stake. How long did that impression last? Just one day.


On March 18, I started making sports bets. On March 19, I requested my first withdrawal. I completed ALL verification steps - from email to biometrics. And waiting.... And waiting... And waiting..


"24/7 support" chat only gives me template responses about needing to wait for manual checks to finish. A convenient position. If they want, they can hold my money for a month, two, or even a year, and in response to any complaints just say the "manual check" is still ongoing with no indication of when it will end.


Please help me - I just want to receive my withdrawal:( 

I've provided EVERYTHING the Shuffle has asked for... 

Or at the very least, I want to hear a public deadline for these verification/review, after which I will rightfully consider myself scammed.

  • Yes, the amount is very close to that (there are literally pennies left in the account, the rest is in the payout request)

Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?

  • I bet using my own coins and did not activate any bonuses that required wagering.

Could you please clarify when exactly the manual checks of your gameplay started?

  • When I tried to receive the funds and no "quick payouts" occurred. The process that was ask started on March 19.
