The player from Canada requested a withdrawal and then claimed a bonus. The casino cancelled his withdrawal and confiscated winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
While waiting for a 1500$ withdrawal, I deposited 30$ and played a game that had a running bonus that i was unaware of. They took and cancelled my withdrawal. These assholes will go to any lengths to not pay out. I will not ever use this casino again. Casumo is way better and they do the right thing and pay out promptly. I lost 1500$

I am m not sure when it was breached but i did request the withdrawal and left some money on the account to continue playing these two of my favorite games
