I was told through my entire time that as soon as I deposited money I would get to withdrawal my winnings, but now that I deposited 9.99 I can't redeem any of my money. They said I haven't reached my required blah blah blah. I should have known I was being scammed. If I don't get to redeem my money and I can't get a email to contact customer service. How do you contact customer service????? I will be calling the bbb
