Thank you for trying to help me. To answer your questions:


  1. I played slots.
  2. The documents I submitted were selfie with passport and video recording of my crypto wallet with deposit transaction. I do not recall these being approved. However, it was after I submitted these that I was asked to attend the video verification in question.
  3. My account remains closed as per their statement.
