Hey today i was trying to withdraw funds but got rejected they asked me to confirm thats my crypto wallet i did that later i made withdraw but got rejected and i need to verify so i did that send them everything id selfie and even my credit card even i didnt use my credit card to deposit money and everything is approved but when i try to withdraw its just keep geting rejected with same reason need verify i send them email but got no answer what i need more to prove and there is no support just ai bot in chat

No i did not made any withdrawls before on kyc page there is green checkmark on all my documents and i did not use any bonus money was playing with raw money they dont hawe chat support only ai bot i sent them email but no answer for 2 days when i try to withdraw its gets rejected with reason need verify filefile
