Yes, no problem to wait full 14 days ofc, but on bassbet terms and condition says 3 working days, also ive done full KYC verification, and i have many successful withdraws. The last one was made 30/3/25

and the payment was completed 4 days after.

But in this case, im waiting 13 days for my money, and customer support answering with automated messages and didnt helped me. I even asked them for estimated time, but no one told me.
