Once again here casino guru but this time it's a bit different,totally not normal responses by them confused responses without telling me the truth about my withdrawal today is the 3rd working day after the day of my request already their timeline passed on.


they didnt asked from me any type of document in order to verify my acc. i will also provide with screenshots every conversation with them


please be fast this time cause i need those money


P.S I submitted a new complaint because in the old one I couldn't make a new reply or even upload a screenshot that's why I opened a new complaint

Miss Dominika and casino guru representives with all the respect the only thing that would finish all this tragic is to invite them here to give me an explanation.


Since their payment timeline is 1-3 working days and they already surpassed without paying me out, i think you should call them.


I have tried today to contact with them several times with emails letting them know about my complaint thread here at casino guru they dont even care to answer me anymore on the emails.


I cannot understand how it's possible with a total amount of 50 plus complaint threads against this casino is still high ranked by you. before i make my withdrawal i thought im gonna get paid like usual without problems this time, but those casinos cannot make any difference among them.


So please miss dominika invite them to give me an explain about their already delayed payment timeline.


I'm getting sick of this everytime when im making a withdrawal request i have to be always ready to secure my money by them, i cannot stay calm and just wait my money on their timeline cause they always dont pay on their timeline.
