this Casio simply don’t want to pay out my balance since month, first they disabled withdrawal on my account but when i contacted them they couldnt find a reason and fix that for about 2 weeks, after a battle with them somehow they enabled withdrawal option on my account that worked, I requested withdrawal for 1000€ and on next day for 200€, they processed the smaller one (which was 2nd one ) but canceled the bigger one without reason.

I requested withdrawal of that 1000€ but it never got processed and they just giving empty promises and lie about additional checks despite they processed few withdrawals ealier already.


I didn’t use any bonus, and they didn’t make problems on first withdrawal but I guess they simply don’t want to pay bigger wins which is very unfair and scammy practice.

they keep excusing it due additional security checks, but why they processed at same time small withdrawal of 198€?

Do you have problems with liquidity that a 1000€ withdrawal is a problem for your casino?

Your excuse is complete lie and everything is proven on screens.

I’m trying to withdraw that 1000€ since over month but somehow over that time u were able to proces small withdrawal but 1000€ can’t be processed? also other users don’t face any issues with withdrawals so how is it possible I’m the one facing technical difficulties with my withdrawal?

I canceled the pending withdrawal and tried to request new one. It looks like the option is disabled from me now. Thank you for lying and disabling it again just to delay the process. ( I used same payment method as I used for deposit and previous withdrawals )

Dear Casio guru same error I got over month ago where it started, they were ?struggling" with resolving it until one day they ?fixed" it and I finally requested 1000€ one day and 192€ on the next day, however they processed only the 192€ one and canceled 1000€.

There were few more attempts which got canceled too.

It does not look as a technical issue, it looks like a mental harrasment as they are disabling crypto option on purpose.


I deposited my funds by crypto and I will use only crypto for withdrawal.



also worth to add that somehow USDT ERC-20 deposits works but withdrawals over crypto magically don’t, which is the obvious proof that casino commiting fraud.

I tried different amonunts, different coins and different networks, none of them works.

last time when I was able to request a withdrawal, I had 3 crypto payment options but they disabled the 2 working ones after my last canceled withdrawal which was during this complain and the one left is not working with error ? payment provider not found" which look like it is disabled for me.


I would like to see an official statement on betonred casino website that crypto payments are disabled for all users otherwise this case is a fraud done only especially on me to delay a payment.

As indicated in the latest screenshot provided by the user, the maximum withdrawal limit per day is 1,000 EUR. Based on this, we can confirm that the two withdrawal requests were submitted on different dates.


  • The smaller withdrawal was requested on 3rd April and processed successfully on 4th April.


  • The larger withdrawal was requested on 5th April, but unfortunately failed on 6th April due to a technical issue with our cryptocurrency payment provider.

However, I believe the best course of action at this point is to use a different withdrawal method. I know your preferred option is crypto, but obtaining the funds that way could take a long time.


In case you still want to use a crypto payment method, I can only advise you to wait until the casino solves their technical issues. This is not something we can penalize - especially in case the casino provides an alternative like in this case.

After fighting with them for over 2 months, this payment has been finally processed…

so this case might be resolved however in my eyes they won’t be never trustworthy casino for a such practice.
