I would like to file a complaint against BoaBet Casino regarding the unjust confiscation of 350,000 HUF from my account on April 28, 2025. The casino claims I violated the terms of their "Refer a Friend" promotion, stating that the referred person was a close relative or otherwise ineligible.

This is not true. The referred individual is not a family member, does not live in the same household, and has a completely separate account. I received no prior warning or evidence, just a final statement that "the decision is final."

Furthermore, I am aware of other users who exceeded the same bonus limit but still received their payouts, which makes this action discriminatory and unfair in my case.
