Hello. Suddenly I couldn't log into my account. As it turned out, they allegedly switched to VIP Invitation Only.

There were no warnings about this on the website. They simply blocked access to clients' money. When asked how to regain access to accounts, their support says to wait until they migrate to a new platform. after three weeks they simply stopped responding to letters. Total scam

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.


In the meantime, I recommend you contact the Anjouan Gaming Authority (https://anjouangaming.com/contact/). Complaints are usually submitted to this regulator via the license validator seal on the casino website, but BTC365 Casino seems to have removed it. I therefore recommended contacting the regulator directly and informing them of this. Please let me know how they respond ([email protected]).
