Hiii i am trying to withdraw my money from crownplay casino i put my first withdrawal on 31/03/2025

now its been 13 days everytime i try to contact their customer service they giving me same answer we are have a slight delay in withdrawal but on their website clearly says that 3 to 5 business days for withdrawal now i don’t know what to do i email them so many times but in reply i am getting same email everytime we have a large number of withdrawals thats why withdrawal is delayed

Hiii yes from 13500 i loose all the money only had 2 withdrawal active 800 each one i got it today after 40 days i would say to everyone never ever use this crownplay shit website very bad experience lost all of my money because of their withdrawal delayed
