I made a withdrawal request of $800 onthe 15th of April and despite following up several times and lodging a support ticket it has still not been processed. It is nearly three weeks now and they just keep saying it will be looked at soon without providing any timeframe of when it will be reviewed and processed.

Hi

they have not requested any identification documents for kyc and in the verification area it says my account does not require verification, and yes I through a bonus after meeting the wager requirements requested the $800 withdrawal. This was my first attempt to make a withdrawal after many many deposits. They just keep saying my withdrawal will be looked at soon but in their terms and conditions it says it will be processed in three business days.


i have played at many online casinos but have always had to provide documents to be able to withdraw and no such documents have been requested for this "crow play" casino.
