they have not requested any identification documents for kyc and in the verification area it says my account does not require verification, and yes I through a bonus after meeting the wager requirements requested the $800 withdrawal. This was my first attempt to make a withdrawal after many many deposits. They just keep saying my withdrawal will be looked at soon but in their terms and conditions it says it will be processed in three business days.
