I contacted the licensing authority after my complaint was closed as unresolved, since the casino refused to comply, they didn't respond to my complaint.

I got that email from the authorities on the 6th of September.

Maybe I wouldn't have contacted the authorities if they've responded to my complaint.

My case had been closed long ago, so I do not think there's anything that can be done from your side!

My point here is that, why didn't the 1win casino say that the 1 person is 3? why did they say its Abdulrahaman and I,meanwhile the three of us were tagged in the email.

This means that both the authorities and the casino are not good to players!

on September 25th I won bets on 1Win, and after trying the withdrawal at least 40 times (it was always refused), then it went into processing (waiting), then on September 26th the expert service contacts me by email and asks me for the documents related to the account, card and registration, I send everything ... but to date I have not received the money yet.

Well, I have seen people scaling through its verification, so be calm, for at most 30days, if you're lucky they'll release your funds,and if you're less lucky, they'll qoute 9.7 clause and say you've violated the rule.

And that will be all,your money will be confiscated and account will be blocked.

Yes Afterwards, you're also supposed to received a message that your documents had been recieved and that you'll receive a message that within 14days at most 30days if additional verification is needed, a result base on the check made on your account.

good, this message arrived immediately after a few minutes ... so the 14 days start from September 26th ... to date nothing has arrived.

Which means you'll have to wait for the duration given(14-30days), nevertheless if you wish you can open a complaint.

It wasn't solved, it was rejected, the casino got a way of manipulating my complaint manager into believing that I had multiple accounts!

and oh well how can you prove it?
