I'm still looking at the reply from the licensing authority and still feel like they've probably made a mistake they're not aware of. It feels more like they wanted to send this "funny" message to one of their colleagues, but they replied back to all of you instead. Really, I have no other explanation for this ??

I contacted the licensing authority after my complaint was closed as unresolved, since the casino refused to comply, they didn't respond to my complaint.

I got that email from the authorities on the 6th of September.

Maybe I wouldn't have contacted the authorities if they've responded to my complaint.

My case had been closed long ago, so I do not think there's anything that can be done from your side!

My point here is that, why didn't the 1win casino say that the 1 person is 3? why did they say its Abdulrahaman and I,meanwhile the three of us were tagged in the email.

This means that both the authorities and the casino are not good to players!
