I contacted the licensing authority after my complaint was closed as unresolved, since the casino refused to comply, they didn't respond to my complaint.
I got that email from the authorities on the 6th of September.
Maybe I wouldn't have contacted the authorities if they've responded to my complaint.
My case had been closed long ago, so I do not think there's anything that can be done from your side!

il 25 settembre ho vinto delle scommesse su 1Win, e dopo aver provato almeno 40 volte il prelievo (veniva sempre rifiutato), dopo è andato in elaborazione (waiting) , quindi il 26 settembre il servizio esperti mi contatta per mail e mi chiede i documenti relativi al conto, alla carta e alla registrazione, invio tutto... ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora i soldi.
il servizio clienti in chat è inutile ed incompetente.
Alle mail rispondono sempre con frasi automatiche.
