However, I was refunded the money to my game account today.
I withdrew the amount via SEPA bank deposit. I immediately asked them if they saw the request (because it gave me an Unknown Error) and immediately the amount I had requested had turned into a withdrawal request.
Sure enough, they asked for a bank statement again to confirm that the account belongs to me... goddammit... it's currently in the process of being processed.
