Oh, I'm sorry you're in trouble now that it was pretty good there. It's not completely uncommon, but it's also not unusual for casinos to ask for verification documents when a player wants to close his account. Also, if you have a withdrawal there, obviously if you want to cash out you have to cooperate, which you do.

Have you tried asking the bank if it would be possible to get such a document? If not, did you tell the casino and ask what you should do?
