same here, they never reply via mail. They claim I use automated software which is just bs I just play normally. Such a random claim! And they dont allow players from ur countrie somewhere hidden in ToS but dont block IP let u sign up and pick ur country and deposit and play but then lock your account if you win a little bit and keep EVERYTHING like they dont even respond to at least refund deposit.
