A lot of people with Cura?ao licenced got in court in Europe, and got sentenced.

If a lawyer can managed to get all data about the people (like from Cyprus administration) you can sue them in Europe, and get money back but also compensation, and have them checked by their country administration for fiscal fraud

Poker Star has a licence for France, so ask you lawyer to contact the ANJ (player protection of France), and to submit that Poker star are not respecting the execution and not paying, I'm sure it will help because France are very strict with licence holder
