The laws are very similar in many other countries. There are still casinos that accept players from those countries and they don't refund the deposits only because an organization similar to pokeranwalt tells them to do so.

I've heard about organizations that are in Germany and they can indeed help players to get money back from certain casinos, but are only a few casinos compared to how many you have in the world and those casinos are only licensed in Malta. I doubt that anyone will managed to get refunds from unlicensed casinos, Curacao licensed casinos, Costa Rica licensed casinos etc. only because some organization from Austria will contact them.

If a lawyer can managed to get all data about the people (like from Cyprus administration) you can sue them in Europe, and get money back but also compensation, and have them checked by their country administration for fiscal fraud
