Do you have any recommendations or tips on where to start?

I have a Binance deposit address linked to Hunnyplay, which should be KYC-approved. Beyond that, I’m not sure where else to begin when it comes to finding contacts or identifying a legal entity to sue.

I also found a website called Alchemygames.io, which seems to be the platform Hunnyplay operates under. They provide an address, but it looks like it might be a shell company. Additionally, the game providers that supply Hunnyplay with live games and slots must work a legal entity, right? Would it be possible to obtain this information through a lawyer to help build a case?

Hunnyplay has withdrawn over 400k to Binance in the past 90 days. Their business seems to be doing well, so I don't believe they lack the funds to pay us. I’m currently waiting for their next response, but if nothing promising comes from it, I’ll seriously consider pursuing legal action.

It is sad to see such behaviour from a casino goes without consequences. They have been withholding money from multiple people without good reasons. While other/new players can easy withdraw amounts bigger than us without any issues. But i guess those players will run into the same problem after they win BIG

I see that you are from the Netherlands: Given that hunnyplay is in principle legally an 'illegal' casino you can file a complaint with the KSA (Gambling Authority) if I understand correctly they can also help you with any legal steps and then they will also be punished with a huge fine to not repeat these kinds of practices. Update on Hunnyplay. Since I cannot reopen my complaint.

After 4 months, we received only 10% of our withdrawal and are still waiting for the rest. I'm in contact with 3 other people expericieng the exact same problem. Meanwhile on-chain data shows new players are getting paid out without any issues. We are also getting no response from the VIP manager. I believe there is no excuse or reason anymore to withhold our funds so they just ignore us.
