Stop spamming the same coke rant over and over. If they are such big scammers why do you still deposit? Just play on legal & government regulated casino's. In your case however the only advice ihave is quit gambling and go to anger management or go to your physician for anti psychosis meds.

Is anyone else experiencing long withdrawal delays on HunnyPlay.io lately?

Hi, I think that if you have always been paid and had no problem, then waiting 1 day is not so bad. Try to give them time and wait and see what happens next. If they use a third party payment provider, it's not always up to the casino but like they said, they have to wait too. 

I believe you will get your money and if not we will try to help you.

Hi, I would avoid Hunnyplay like the plague!

I've been with them for 2 years and deposited 294 times and finally managed to win first big win of my life at $40,000 , I then managed to win a bit more total of $50,000. its been a week with no payment, firstly I was told they have to verify it with the provider, probably nonsense.

Now they have said they plan to void all winnings as I've deposited from 179 difference block addresses, mainly when you buy online in single occasions from likes of "Transak" "challengly" it transfers to them with a difference address each time. also I tend to close the accounts when I'm done with them and open a new ones if want to buy crypto or fund casinos. just to clarify I've only ever had one account registered with Hunnyplay from my Hotmail address.

For 2 years they've taken my deposits and paid small withdrawals (33 withdrawals over 2 years) but now don't want to pay as its no longer in fits their interest as its too big for them to payout. So when i was losing, this was no issue but now i've won its an issue.

Also, I've check their account they pay me from, it looks as if they've no money available in their accounts.

Reading other peoples emails, its clear they pay the many small withdrawals to not suspicious but they knock that large wins clients as they're far and few between.

I have screen shots of all chat history, deposits, withdrawals with Hunnyplay, if required. as you can also see below, ive wagered nearly £3million with them in 2 years. if they treat me like this, imagine how they will treat you.

Perhaps I misunderstood, but are you saying the casino decided to void your winnings because your IP changed far too frequently, as well as because you change block addresses far too frequently for their liking?

In my opinion, this is worthy of a few questions. I am glad you filed the complaint, and I look forward to receiving more information from the casino right there.

HI, IP address is no issue. they've said its solely because my payments over 2 years have been sent to them from different crypto addresses. so, I've sent them 294 payments and they're saying its 179 different address (in not even sure if this is true) but often when you buy crypto for onward transmission from the clients of Transak, challengly, its a 1 time purchase and next time you buy more its a different one. Also, i open accounts and then close them when i want a break from Gambling, and then a few months later open new ones. either way every account ive sent them money from was in my own name, after verification and every penny of Crypto I've ever brought thats been deposited to this casino has come from my one bank account paid for by BACS or by card.

Their T&CS says do not say you cant fund the account with multiple wallets, just that you cant have multiple accounts with them, which i do not. just one account for 2 years with nearly £3million wagered and never a query on deposits or withdrawals until i win a substantial about and now they have issues.

The below is their exact response. I've only ever had 1 single account with them using 1 single email address, so i can only assume when they talking of 178 accounts they're talking about depositing accounts or they're just completely lying and corrupt. when you buy crypto from transak and challengly etc, its a one time purchase and seems to use different address each time. also, i use cyrpto accounts and when i want break from gambling i close them and then setup a new one when want to gamble again. either way all crypto has been purchased from my one single bank account by BACS or by card.

Hello, I was talking about this ; thanks for the clarification. From my experiences, the casino views the transaction as a suspicious activity due to the overall AML policy. That's, in my opinion, the case, because money launderers also switch blocks frequently, among other things.

I'm not saying their decision is correct; obviously, I'd love to see more details in the complaint. It was a wise decision to file one. For now, we can only guess or speculate about the other indicators that the casino may or may not have found; however, the complaint should help clarify the situation and lead to a fair resolution.

I’m really sorry to hear that after playing for so long, your winnings are being voided. I was a customer of Hunnyplay for two years and had wagered nearly 8 million on their platform. I was able to withdraw successfully—until I won around $38,000 (1,276 AVAX) in July 2024.
