Dear Sir or Madam, I am turning to you today with a request for help and to resolve the problem. I registered with Jackpotfrenzy.com on January 12th, 2025 and won around €20,000 betting. I then requested a withdrawal of €500 per day on January 13th, 2025 as usual. After 3 withdrawals of €500 each, I was unable to make any further withdrawals. This means that a total of €1,500.00 in outstanding withdrawals are currently outstanding and my account balance is currently just under €18,000. To date, none of these 3 withdrawals have been processed. Since January 17th, 2025, I have been put off every day (!) with the words "there is a lot to do" "lots of withdrawals and so it takes time". The general terms and conditions of Jackpotfrenzy.com clearly state that withdrawals are completed after 3 (!!!!) working days and the homepage advertises fast withdrawals. Neither of these is adhered to and thus this provider is violating its own terms and conditions, which is dubious! Furthermore, I have been given Level 2 with my account there and can withdraw a maximum of €10,000 per month. But how am I supposed to do that if withdrawals are not processed at all??? Another violation of the terms and conditions. Furthermore, I was confirmed that I do not have to submit any documents to verify my account; I have attached a screenshot of this. However, since I already have experience with such sites, I submitted all my documents for possible verification on January 17, 2025. Despite all my efforts and reminders, nothing has happened to date. As of today, January 29, I am still waiting for my withdrawals... not one has been processed yet.
I keep getting fobbed off with the finance department saying they have too much work to do. My documents are all complete.

Ich habe mich am 12.01.2025 bei Jackpotfrenzy.com angemeldet und beim Wetten ca. 20.000 € gewonnen. Ich habe dann am 13.01.2025 ganz normal pro Tag 500 € Auszahlung beantragt. Nach 3 Auszahlungen je 500 € konnte ich keine weitere Auszahlung vornehmen. Somit sind Gesamt derzeit offen Auszahlungen in H?he von 1.500,00 € und mein Kontostand betr?gt derzeit noch knapp 18.000 €. Bis heute ist keine von diesen 3 Auszahlungen bearbeitet worden. Ich wurde seit dem 17.01.2025 t?glich (!) vertr?stet mit den Worten "es ist viel zu tun" "viele Auszahlungen und somit dauert es". In den allgemeinen Gesch?ftsbedingungen von Jackpotfrenzy.com steht eindeutig, dass die Auszahlungen nach 3 (!!!!) Werktagen abgeschlossen werden und man wirbt auf der Homepage mit schnellen Auszahlungen. Beides wird nicht eingehalten und somit verst??t dieser Anbieter gegen seine eigenen Bedingungen was unseri?s ist! Des Weiteren habe ich mit meinem Account dort das Level 2 erhalten und darf mir pro Monat 10.000 € maximal auszahlen lassen. Wie soll ich das aber schaffen, wenn Auszahlungen überhaupt nicht bearbeitet werden??? Ein weiterer Versto? gegen die Gesch?ftsbedingungen. Des Weiteren hat man mir best?tigt, dass ich keine Unterlagen einreichen muss um mein Konto zu verifzieren, als Anlage der Screenshot davon. Da ich aber bereits Erfahrungen mit solchen Seiten habe, habe ich trotzdem am 17.01.2025 alle meine Unterlagen zu einer m?glichen Verifizierung eingereicht. Trotz aller Bemühungen und Erinnerungen meinerseits ist bis heute überhaupt nichts passiert. Per heute 29.1 warte ich immer noch auf meine Auszahlungen...nicht eine ist bislang verarbeitet.
Ich werde immer wieder vertr?stet mit zu viel Arbeit der Finanzabteilung. Meine Unterlagen sind alle vollst?ndig.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Here are the screenshots that I also sent to Petronela. Once via live chat that verification is not necessary. Then my email from January 15, 2025 where I sent my ID card + bank statement from my bank simply for security and to speed up the process, because I already know some other casinos and they play for a limited time. There is also a screenshot from my account where no verification is necessary!!! So in my opinion all 3 possible excuses have been dealt with ?? But nothing happens ?? And €23,000 is so damn much money...

Dann meine Mail vom 15.01.2025 wo ich einfach zur Sicherheit und Beschleunigung der Prozesse, weil ich so manche andere Casinos schon kenne und die auf Zeit spielen, meinen Personalausweis + Kontoauszug meiner Bank geschickt habe. Des Weiteren noch ein Screenshot aus meinem Account, wo keine Verifizierung notwendig ist!!! Somit alle 3 m?glichen Ausreden meiner Meinung nach abgearbeitet ?? Trotzdem passiert nix ?? Yes and it has been perfectly verified they always tell me the same things be patient be patient they say from three you have 5 working days but doing the calculation from the 14th until today 23rd are 7 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday...
