I will keep you updated, I have not seen the saftey index but I have seen trustpilot reviews which are mostly pretty good. I have done some research and they are in good standing with licensing ect. I’m quite nervous waiting as it is quite alot of money, but like I’ve stated I’ve done nothing wrong in their t and c as I’m in a country where it is legal to play. They use a system called sumsub which automatically verifies customers and it was during this process that United Kingdom is not accepted for kyc.

Thank you, I’m hoping they will accept it if I just send my proof of ID ect to their email just to prove I’m of age to play ect. Hopefully this will be sufficient otherwise it puts me in a sticky situation. I’ll keep you posted

My only other problem is that on their telegram app it says "no kyc" so that’s made me abit weary. I can only wait and see now, I’m not to sure how long it takes for a response but I hope it is soon.

Yeah well I’ve spoke to live chat again and they have said the team is working on it right now so hopefully a response soon. My account isn’t closed or anything which is a good sign. The live chat team are actually being very helpful so that’s a positive. I think if they can swiftly give a good resolution here based of the facts I have not done anything against the t and c then it shows they are actually a fair casino

Well yeah let’s just say I think the safety index is correct this time. I haven’t heard back from them yet about a solution just the same "we will contact you when we have an update". Don’t think it’s looking good if im honest.

Yup I was correct, got an email saying they are not giving me my withdrawals as I cannot complete kyc. Although I have evidence of their live chat agent stating I can play as I’m in an eligible region. Looks like I’ll have to get gaming authorities involved.

If you have screenshots and such, I would try to file a complaint with us. If they didn't stop you right away and tell you to play there and that you could withdraw and pass KYC, then it wasn't right of them. 

I'm not saying it has to be resolved, but if our team thinks you're right and the casino doesn't try to deal with it, then they'll get black points and the safety index will be even lower. You're going to alert the other players.

yes, how do I go ahead with it. I’ve also got proof via trust pilot that they have paid lower amounts out to other "black listed" countries without asking for kyc, it seems that as I made so much they just straight up refused to pay out.
