Yeah, so I deposit 100 usd and got bonus i forgot how much the bonus but after some time I hit the jackpot and won 15k usd. As I was planning to withdraw I saw I cant cause of the bonus. Hello, have you tried the live chat and could they tell you what's going on? Crypto should definitely be the fastest method but even here there can be occasional delays.
