I have already explained this multiple times before, and it is not limited to just this casino, I'm afraid

A quick recap: Until we can prove that the casino no longer pays out, our options for lowering the rating are limited; however, lowering the rating is likely to create a paradox in which the casino may eventually stop paying attention to players' complaints altogether. So, punishing casinos for slow payouts may eventually only worsen the situation for the players.

My colleagues are trying to keep quite fragile communication channels open...

I had the same issues, waiting and waiting and then i played all the winnings. After that i just blocked them and never deposited again. All the best ??.
