Still no update on your withdrawal ? It's been more than 2 weeks, am I right ? 

I've been waiting for my money for 3 weeks now. Nothing is happening. Always the same answer in the chat and no response from the casino itself. The casino still has a good reputation???

They paid out one of them of 440 euro, im still waiting to withdraw 6000. My next two withdrawals are pending almost two weeks now. Its really turning me off the business. If u win u should not have to go through this to get your money

As far as reputation is concerned, the casino's safety index doesn't just drop. If your complaint is unresolved, then our data team will look into it and the safety index will be adjusted accordingly. 

I agree that it shouldn't be that difficult to get wins. Especially when you've been waiting a few weeks. However, sometimes casinos do checks for bigger wins and that's why that happens from time to time. But you should always know what's going on so you have an insight. 

Anyway, if you wait more than two weeks, you know you can contact us. 

Been waiting for €400 since March 27th and €400 once and €100 once on March 18th. So a total of €900 nothing in my account so far. In the live chat or support you only get the same answer that it is already on the way and will be on your account in the near future. I'm really damn sad. The terms and conditions say it takes 3-5 working days...

Just give the complaint a few more days, please. I imagine this whole wait is painful, yet the team is aware of your withdrawal and will get back to you eventually.

As I can see in your complaint, our team is collecting all the information needed and are working on its progress. I hope they will be really able to get to the resolution soon. Unfortunately, for now, we can not do much, just wait a bit, until they will be able to finish the whole investigation. Please try to be patient and not to get into any conclusions before your case is closed.

Has there been a payout in this casino in the last few days? If so, how long was the wait? Is this casino even solvent? Everyone here is put off and kept waiting in the same way and nothing happens. It's just unbelievable and criminal!

I waited 11 days for my payout of 1000 euros. But I finally received it.

Now I won something again on March 31st and April 1st and have been waiting since then.

I have just received the payments again, so everything is working fine for me.

I keep my fingers crossed that you all still receive your payouts.

I haven't seen anything in the last few days that the casino has managed to cash out any players. The last settled withdrawal complaint was on March 26 according to our complaints. So obviously, even though I know it's not easy, we will have to be patient.
