May I ask if your account is fully verified at this casino? We actually give casinos 14 full days to proceed the payment. It could be actually little more time consuming, especially when it comes to the first withdrawal.

Unfortunately! After 4 days they canceled my withdraw and they didnt say the reason.. they just told me that the team is working on it.. i was frustrated cause it was the second time they are unable to withdraw me!

So i gambled with all of the money and lost it all and im never ever going back to that website!

Okay, I see. So you contacted the casino and told them about this error and what you should do in this situation ? I think it shouldn't be too difficult for them to sort it out and I suppose they would be able to advise you on what you need to do in this case.
