Been trying to withdraw for 10 days now, they make the verification process so confusing, I have sent them my licence, my passport, my banking details showing the deposit, been phone verified, sent them a letter with my name and address, sent them both sides of my bank card, they require all these things for some reason, thing is when they accept one of the above you get a green light next to it, I had 3 green lights thing Is they’ve all changed to red or yellow, absolutely zero support, online support is a bot, they totally refuse to respond to my emails in person, steer clear guys

Oh, I'd say waiting a day isn't so horrible yet. It's a pity you lost your money in the end, because if it was any reasonable time then you could have been happy with your money.

Oh, apparently I would like to know from the casino why suddenly the light is no longer green but red. That's something that might be relevant to this case. Do you still have to send them any documents even if they were green or not? 

Obviously I would slowly open a complaint and our team would look into it and try to help.

Finally got hold of a real person via the chat, got an email shortly later saying my account is fully verified, hopefully all clear from here, I like the casino has some cool games but obviously payouts are the most important things with gambling

I have won $34,000 all up and so far I did withdraw $4500 as that’s the max you can take out a week, it was approved and then after a week cancelled it and said I had to do it again through bank transfer so I have it was approved again i received an email saying the funds would be in my account shortly over a week later still nothing it’s now saying I’m not completely verified now they are asking me to send more bank statements and selfie I’ve done that and they still haven’t green light it it’s still saying my funds have been approved but every time I ask them what is going on they can’t tell me anything my concern is this is jsut trying to get the first withdrawal I still have $34000 to try get out


I’ve read all good things about this casino and really hoping they pay me as I’ve been scammed in the past and this would help me in many ways.

I jsut don’t know what else to do as nothing is changing

It is completely okay to ask for some additional verification, but if everything is done and approved, they should stick to the maximum withdrawal amount and pay you out, for sure.
