Been trying to withdraw for 10 days now, they make the verification process so confusing, I have sent them my licence, my passport, my banking details showing the deposit, been phone verified, sent them a letter with my name and address, sent them both sides of my bank card, they require all these things for some reason, thing is when they accept one of the above you get a green light next to it, I had 3 green lights thing Is they’ve all changed to red or yellow, absolutely zero support, online support is a bot, they totally refuse to respond to my emails in person, steer clear guys
