Yes a few times and they didn't even bother replying to me . It's all fake and even the licence. Only thing we can do is learn from this. I've have contacted tons of company's about spins heaven and spins heaven couldn't care less. They don't have anyone who monitors emails so they never read anything to even know that complaints have been made
Don't think anyone has ever been paid by them from all the reviews and complaints I have read.
SCAMMERS.
Site advertises 24-48 hour withdrawal, then when you make a withdrawal it days 7-21 days. Speaking to their bot on live chat tells you it takes that long to check you didn't hack the game to win, after 21 days they say they are having technical issues. Then if you keep chasing they block you. Searched forums and reviews, not one person has been paid out on a withdrawal.
After doing some research into them and their "license" they are a complete scam, the license is known to be fake and used by many other sites that are scam sites, never paying out any withdrawals with excuses of checking the gameplay that you didn't cheat to win etc. Noone has ever received a withdrawal from them or any of their sister sites.
My bank is in the process of a merchant dispute to refund me the money I deposited.
Do not be taken in by them, you will never get any of you winnings with excuse after excuse followed by them closing your account.
After further checks looking up their domain name registration they have put their name, email, contact information in as "Removed for Privacy", they have put that in as company name etc to make it look like the registration company have done it which is totally false, registration companies do not do that. COMPLETE SCAM.
Unfortunately, as you can see in the review of this casino, their safety index is really low, and even when our complaint team tried to help some of our users, the casino was not willing to communicate with us at all.
Of course you can try to file a complaint here, and even if it goes unresolved, you will help to bring their safety index even lower. This is probably the only way we can help, unfortunately.
Have you played there for a long time yourself?
Hi Romi, yes I played for 4 months.
Waiting to hear from my bank now to see if they can return my money via a fraud report.
Bank currently processing it, but they said it shouldn't be an issue as the Casino ignore and dont answer them so it will be considered not disputed.
We should all create a platform for those affected. There are many of us who have been scammed, and if we just ask the bank for a refund, they'll keep doing it.
Deberíamos crear entre todos una plataforma de afectados, somos muchos a los que nos han estafado y si tan solo pedimos un reembolso al banco seguirán haciéndolo.
Nothing much that can be done tbh, there are complaints everywhere about them.
My suggestion would be to bombarded the domain registration company with emails to get the site taken down at [email protected]
This is who they have registered with, if you do a whois lookup on spinsheaven, you will see they have entered all their details as "Removed for Privacy" to hide themselves.
Feel free to copy and paste my email and send it to their domain registration provider, in the hope they will be taken down-
?I'm writing to complain about spinsheaven.com, they are a fake online casino who are stealing from people, you make deposits and any money won is held in a withdrawal process for weeks and months with excuse after excuse and never paid out, eventually you are banned from the online live chat, which is run by bots and they ignore all your emails. There are a lot of people affected by this as a simple Google search will show, searching online you will not find any positive comments about them. Looking at the details they have registered with you gives no details about them as they have typed in all there information as "Removed for Privacy" to hide, something you as the provider should have picked up on.
Please cancel this domain as soon as possible, many people are now reporting them to their banks for fraud.
Thank you
Hello, glad to see you're trying chargebacks. When it comes to sites like these, I believe that's definitively worth trying. If I may, and pardon me if the question was already asked, can you see the casino review, please?

I'd like to assist players in accessing the review before deciding to play, and I was concerned that due to UKGC restrictions, it might be hidden, so I'm asking.
Thank you so much. So both the Safety Index and the overview panel are visible, too? It is reassuring to know that others will have the opportunity to identify this scam if they access the main casino review.
